All goods are shipped from our studio in Dakar, Senegal. We offer worldwide shipping on all goods with DHL express at a flat rate of $25. A tracking number will be provided via email for all orders. Processing time for orders is 5-7 business days. After which, delivery can be expected within 5-7 business days following an email confirmation for your order. If ÉLUWA receives no communication from you within 10 days of delivery, regarding any problems with goods, you are deemed to have received your goods in full working order and with no problems.
If goods haven’t been received within 10 working days, please contact us at hello@eluwastudio.com as soon as possible. Be sure to also contact your local DHL agency with your tracking number for additional assistance to locate your package.
Customs & Taxes
Additional taxes or customs fees may be applied at the port of entry of the recipient country. Please note that we do not cover duty and taxes applicable in the recipient country and are the buyer’s responsibility. Custom fees vary between individual countries and ÉLUWA has no control over these charges.
If you are unsure of the customs in your country, please visit your country’s customs website or office. Additional payment can be necessary for your package to be delivered.
